“How can we Make Travel Easier?” That is the question Bags Inc. has repeatedly asked and answered since the company first opened its doors over two decades ago. Easing travelers’ burdens the past 20-plus years has fueled the growth of Bags Inc., an innovative, nationwide provider of travel and hospitality services, with operations all across the country.

We began in 1990 with one valet parking stand in downtown Orlando. Today, we provide services in over 250 U.S. locations, handle more than five million checked bags, greet millions of guests, assist millions of passengers, and park thousands of cars each year. We proudly provide our services to major airlines and cruise lines as well as renowned resorts and hotel chains, convention centers, and rental car facilities across the country.

From convenient luggage delivery and airline check-in to premier parking and guest services for the travel and hospitality industries, we combine innovative offerings with first class service to provide hassle-free and efficient arrival and departure services for individuals and companies alike.

Our history:
1990: Began operations providing valet parking services.

1995: Began valet operations for Rosen Hotels & Resorts.

2003: Launched Remote Airline Check-In, which allows passengers to check bags, check into flights, and receive boarding passes from their hotel, at a convention center, etc.

2005: Participated in the launch of Disney’s Magical Express, which provides complimentary round-trip transportation for guests (and their luggage) between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort.

2007: Added valet and bell services to Disney resorts, becoming one of Disney’s largest customer-facing vendors.

2009: Established luggage delivery services for most major airlines.

2011: Achieved more than 2 million valet transactions and more than 5 million checked bags for the first time.

2012: Launched Bags VIP luggage delivery service and added valet service at the University of Central Florida.

2013: Valet operations began at Downtown Disney and Wyndham Lake Buena Vista.

2014: Awarded the valet services contract at Grand Bohemian Downtown Orlando and expanded into package delivery logistics in the Los Angeles area for Amazon.com.
